1. When the sunlight shines on auto exhausts, certain pollutants are produced that can be
unsafe to breathe.
In a study done of runners of many ages and levels of training, it has
been shown that a level of 0.3 parts per million (ppm) of pollutants in the air can cause
adverse effects.
Though the level of pollution varies from day to day and even hour to
