1. My Body Mass Index (BMI) is 21.8, which puts me in a weight classification of normal because my MBI falls between 18.5 and 25. I do in fact agree with my BMI as I do not feel that I am either underweight or obese because of my active life style and the nutritional decisions I usually make. 2. The nutrients below the recommended average are calories, Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Folate, Vitamin D, Calcium, Magnesium, and Potassium. The nutrients that are recommended which are above the percentages and values is Vitamin C. 3. My macronutrient intake meets the criteria for protein, which I am at 14%, and my carbohydrates with are 55%. The area where I exceed my macronutrient intake is fat, where I am 2% over the recommended value. 4. A pizza, cheese, rising crust, CKD, F/fzn. 29.25 oz. 9% and 718.64 kcal. And pancakes, with butter and syrup. 519.68 kcal. 6% b. Fried Chicken, breast and wing. 29.51 g. 10% and lunchmeat,
