Monster: collects info about individual and distributes it to help that individual connect with employers and other job seekers with similar interests and to provide other services. Career4Terps: provides students and alumni access to jobs, internships, and part-time jobs posted by employers looking for UM students and alumni. Also used to: participate in on-campus interview program, make resume available to employers by uploading it to the appropriate Resume Books so employers can find it, and learn career news. We want to create one collaborative website available to business majors so that they may find jobs and internships that interest them. Monster is a much broader site open to a much wider range of people. The home page has a search key in which the viewer can select any job title, any skills/keywords, and any location. It allows the user to choose between a standard search and an advanced search. It also provides search tips and a browser for jobs.
