The total system contains 600 ft of pipe, three standard elbows, two open gate valves, and one control valve ( K = 7.5). There is no change in elevation. 2. (3 points) A sampling valve is attached to a 6 in pipe carrying acrylic acid at 30 psig ( ρ = 64.37 lb m /ft 3 , μ = 0.8853 cP) as shown in the sketch below.
