The pipe is insulated with a 2-inch thick layer of calcium silicate insulation ( k = 0.036 Btu/hr ft ° F). The temperature at the outside surface of the insulation is 90 ° F. (a) Calculate the heat loss per foot of pipe in Btu/hr assuming the temperature at the inside wall
