Richard Tiller Chapter 41 July 27, 2011 University 101 Mrs. English An Apology In the old time before computers and smart phones post offices were used very often to communicate through letters. Most importantly thank you notes were in those a lot of them. Now there is barley a use for them. In randy’s perspective handwritten notes in today’s age are more sincere because you take them time to do it. I also believe that statement because grandparents generally appreciate the time you spent in to doing the note. The last time I wrote a thank you note was a couple of weeks ago to my granddad for buying me some things and sending me some gift cards. Whenever I write one and he receives it he always calls and thanks me and tells me how much he appreciated it. I believe in today’s day and time that spending time to write something by hand instead of sending an email or text. Also by doing the handwritten note you show much you care for someone by spending more time on
