Germany Region- Germany is located in Central Europe which is known as the most influential part of Europe. It is bordered by Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Switzerland, France, Luxemburg, Belgium, Netherlands and the Baltic and North Seas. Profile- Population- 81.8 million people live in Germany Government- Germany is divided into 16 states. The type of government is a federal parliamentary republic. Influential- Germany has the 4 th highest economy and is a very big power in European affairs. Standard of living- The standard of living is very high in Germany which causes everybody’s health to be good. History 1933-1945 was when Adof Hitler controlled and was using his Nazis ideas this is what caused World War 2 and cause the separation of Germany. After the time of Hitler Germany was dived into two parts with the USA, France and the UK controlling the west while the soviets controlled the east. The west had a social market economy and had a federal parliamentary government while the east had a command economy and a socialist government. After this stage
