Column I - Achievement People who score high in this category enjoy getting things done. They like straight-forward direction with clearly delineated standards for reaching success. They may not necessarily like to work with others, as this could derail their path to success or create a situation where they have to pick up the slack. They would prefer to be responsible for the outcome and not let the actions of others dictate results. Thus, they may not help group dynamics or climate. Deadlines help them stay on task, as sometimes they procrastinate due to the need for perfection and the fear that they might not be doing something “right.” Ultimately, these people get the project done, and usually well, but may not get along with others.
