She reported her wheezes a severity rate of 6/10 and her shortness of breath she rated 7-8/10 and lasted for few minutes.she denied chest pain or any allergic symptoms. she reported her symptoms decreased at that time after she used her albuterol inhaler but did not completely resolve.since the incident she had reported incidence of about 10 espisodes of wheezing and reported shortness of breath approximately every 4hrs. her last shortness of breath episode was this morining before she came to the clinic.she explained that her current symptoms is often worsened when she lies downs down flat on her back and activities she also reported non productive cough symptom as well. she wakes up at night time with
