What is a PLL? A PLL is a closed loop feedback control system that maintains a  constant phase difference between its input ref. signal and its output. A PLL is a closed loop feedback control system that maintains a constant phase difference between its input ref. signal and its output. Used in Frequency synthesizers, modulators/demodulators in wireless communication, synchronizers and multiplexers.
