Outlook 97 OA 275 – Simulation Outlook 97  is one of several components of the Microsoft Office97 Suite.  The  software is a desktop management tool intended to allow the user to manage  electronic mail, appointments, contacts, and your To-Do lists, as well as track all  your activities.   In addition, you can open and view documents, plus share  information with others. Address Book Entries: Creating The   Address Book   contains addresses for Internet email.   These entries will  appear   when   you   click   the   Address   Book   button   when   sending   and   email  message. Steps 1. Choose Tools, Address Book. 2. Choose file, New Entry from the Address Book’s menu.   A New Entry  dialog box appears displaying a list of available types of address book  entries. 3. Double-click to select the type of address this entry is from the list of  available address book entry types. 4. Type the name, email address, business-related information based on the  type of address you are adding.  You MUST enter email information to be  able to get into any of the other tabs to enter information. 5. Click OK, then choose File, Close. Calendar: Adding Appointments The  Calendar  feature contains events, a date navigator to help you go directly to  the date you want to view, a list of appointments, a taskpad that lets you outline
