4 Mission and Vision Statement “Bringing music, media, games, and entertainment into the mainstream”. “Bringing the “tour” to your mall”. Elevator Pitch The Underground Edge is a super-center of media, music, entertainment, and fashion that brings the internet, live music, and high-definition to you in a comfortable, high energy atmosphere that targets the senses. The Underground Edge will be able to produce revenue in excess of $2Million within five years; the area is devoid of all forms of this type of entertainment venue and with the growing population, specifically of the target demographic, surveys show that the public would patronize such an establishment enthusiastically. Mr. Angel Investor, we are requesting funds in the amount of $2million to make to turn The Underground Edge into a reality.

5 THE UNDERGROUND EDGE, INC. Lee County currently has an estimated population of 600,000 people; Collier County currently has an estimated population of 330,000 people. With a population of near 1 million people, there are about 200,000 people under the age of 25. Ages 10 to 25 appear to be the main target demographic, with significant deviation in the upper end of the demographic; individuals as old as 45+ indulge in entertainment media, as evidenced by the rampant use of blackberries, iPhones, etc.
