What have we been eating during the 100,000’s of years humans have been around. Our genes have changed very little. Nutrition requirements developed in our distant past. Are our modern diseases based on a mismatch between what we are “designed” to eat and what we actually eat? What are we designed to eat? Did our ancestors eat better than we do? Who are our ancestors? Browsers and foragers of 5-8 million years ago Seed-eaters of 1-2 million years ago Animal-hunting Neanderthals of 50,000 years ago Who are we now? Many different ethno-racial groups eating a lot of different things
