Principles of Marketing 2 Introduction In the beginning few were active on the idea of solely becoming an online computer store but with this idea in mind and others Dell Inc. has been an innovator in the computer market since it first started. Dell Inc. is a global supplier for technology based businesses providing computer products and services such as personal computers, servers, data storage devices, network switches, and software peripherals. The strategy of Dell Inc. and its history have led the company to evolve into a successful computer company by way of innovative ideas for example: In 1992 Dell Inc. crafted the first ever marketable recyclable PC’s by offering free recycling to its customers. Dell occasionally presented and ran the best online support service in the industry with the use of direct technical support usually offered with the purchase of its PC’s up to one year for free. Dell Inc. had quickly and efficiently become a staple in the computer world because of it’s versatility in custom and built to suit notebooks
