SMART Goal & SMART Objectives Team Sandlot’s original overall SMART goal was to raise at least $1000 in cash and donations; host a Teacher Appreciation Event for the faculty staff at Evans Elementary School; and teach five Junior Achievement sessions by November 12, 2010 with a client satisfaction rate of 90%. Unfortunately, scope creep interfered with our project forcing us to change our overall SMART goal as well as most of our original SMART objectives. Our SMART goal changed to: Team Sandlot will raise $700 in order to purchase 100 polo t-shirts, pizza, and beverages which will be presented to the Evan’s Elementary School Faculty on November 5, 2010 with a 90% client satisfaction rate. Below is a chart showing the changes made for each SMART objective as well as the anticipated vs. the actual successes of each objective.
