Theories have become more complex but also more accurate. But at the same time, they have also  become much harder to apply and therefore less applicable.  This guide may not be reproduced or redistributed. Please understand that this guide is strictly a supplement and by no means a substitute to the lectures. This guide does not promise any grade; it can merely help you to succeed. BUT MEMORIZE and MEMORIZE! Don’t Stop. Don’t Quit. Keep going! 1

The contingencies dealing with OB have become more complex.  Now, general applicability of theories have been reduced because they all don’t fit into the cultural  context of the situation.  How has organizational behavior evolved historically?
