CLUB IT, PART 3 2 Club IT, Part 3 Organization Description and Demographic Information Club IT is a modern nightclub with the potential to be an organized and profitable business model. Club owners Ruben Keys and Lisa Tejada, are both experienced musicians with degrees in Business Administration. A recent remodel to Club IT gave the club the environment and atmosphere of fun and liveliness. Fun music both live and from DJs is scheduled on certain days every week. The music in the club consists of many popular styles including hip-hop, techno, top 40, and electronic. The wide array of music attracts many generations of individuals who live an active night lifestyle. Club IT has an organized, actively involved, outstanding staff. The staff of 19 helps to keep the club with an inviting atmosphere. The team is encouraged to participate in events and entertainment activities according to his or her talents. An example of this would be the new server, Mari Marino who is also an aspiring, and requested singer at Club IT. The atmosphere of the club is modern, the technology is not. Work, such as ordering, record keeping, and maintaining financial records, is done in a small back office using a dial up connection. Systems are slow and almost unbearable. A goal of overhauling the current information technology system and data management is an achievable goal that will help the club to become more successful.
