Unformatted text preview: Running head: TESTING INTELLIGENCE 1 Testing Intelligence Darrell Dannelley PSY/201 October 30, 2010 Dana Greiner TESTING INTELLIGENCE 2 Testing Intelligence I took the IQ test on the website http://www.intelligencetest.com/ for this weeks assignment. I felt the test was extremely easy. I went a little too quickly and I missed one question of the test. I felt that if I slowed down just a little I could have gotten all of the questions correct. I do not feel that the test results were accurate. The reason I feel this is I do not think that you can do a true IQ test with only 30 questions. The other reason is, I do think I am above average but I do not feel that a simple test like this can accurately determine that I am gifted and I am among the top 2.14% of takers of IQ test. The test put my highest score in the verbal category. I know myself well; although my verbal skills are strong they are definitely not my best skill. The test gave me my lowest score in spatial. I am not sure if out of all areas that this is my skill....
