In my former position as the Commandant of the Fort Sill Noncommissioned Officer Academy, my Test Control Officer was responsible to collect the information pertaining to the exams administered to all students throughout each cycle, per each class, including retests, on an MS Excel spreadsheet. I maintain copies of the spreadsheets for reference and, as applicable, towards the Academy's Tri-year Accreditation. With some manipulation, I have displayed the data so as to be as close in design as that in the example provided with the Module 5, BUS306 Quantitative Reasoning courseware. The data was tracked by date/time the exam was administered, so is easily converted to AM/PM, with weekends reporting no exams conducted, displayed by a "0", within the total of the 22 days' worth of observations (data collection). It was typical that there were more exams administered in the morning timeframe than that of the
