The biggest misconception between employees and
technological communication, is that they believe what they do on their own time is their
own business, and that they can post what they want, when they want. For instance,
someone post something infamous on Facebook by an employee who boldly describes the
boss a “prevry wanker” but forgot they had “friended” him just a few months earlier. The
result? A quick reply to the post and they are terminated. They believe because they are
posting things from their personal devices that information cannot get out. But when they
are blogging, tweeting, and posting about anything: confidential company plans to spin
off a division, lay off a group of workers, or start a new product line; sexual escapades
between co-workers, etc. Can ruin a business and their image.

Would you be more or less attracted to an organization that used online

I think I would be more attracted to online
recruiting because it is more readily available and easy to find. It also shows that the
organization is actively involved in social networking sites and they are constantly up
to date. They know how to manage their image and care about its consumer or people
