BIMM 100 Introduction Lectures: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs 8am-9:20am, CENTER 101 Midterm: Tuesday, August 16 th DURING CLASS (8am-9:20am) Final exam: Friday, September 2 nd Location TBA! (8am-11am) Review sessions: August 12 th (10am-12pm in CENTR 119) and August 31 st (3pm-5pm in CENTR 119, to take the place of regularly scheduled sections that Wednesday and Thursday). We will have a problem set to prepare you for each exam. They will be assigned before your review sessions!

BIMM 100 Course Structure • Lectures – Four times a week Posted on Ted – Class participation in lectures will be 10% of your final grade Discussion sections – Strongly recommended! – Sign up by this Wed for sections at https://sections.ucsd.edu/default.aspx Readings and problem solving – Read the book! – Do the suggested problems (suggested by us, and at the end of the chapters)! They will be similar to the type of questions you will experience on the exams!
