Linda Martinez BSAD 101 Journal 2 October 29, 2010 Entering the classroom, I was expecting a boring lecture that may last over an hour. Professor Bolin was introducing this man, who had many accomplishments, including being a successful Husker coach; I was impressed. Then I noticed that it is The Tom Osborne who is sitting at the desk next to the podium. Once I saw him I noticed that with age comes more knowledge and that he had a lot of confidence. He also interacted with us and not just stood behind the podium. This was becoming an interesting time for our class. He spoke with much confidence and knowledge, which I was expecting because of his past experiences. Leadership is a worldwide view. The people of this world have a set of presuppositions and beliefs used to interpret the purpose of life, duties, responsibilities to family, understanding the truth, and the relevant social issues. Two different religions have the same idea of leadership. An example would be to compare Judeo-Christian
