I will also discuss the forces that are involved in formulation of the problem. I will also use problem formulation tools and techniques, describe the organizational and environmental obstacles in a way that considers various key stakeholders that will be impacted by decisions made about this problem. I will also apply critical thinking in the decision-making process. Kava is a small island country somewhere in the South Pacific. Kava has been plagued with many unfortunate circumstances that have brought about one disaster after another. This is a country that is in great need of aid and someone to bring stability in the country. Kava also is in need of someone to help clean it up and put it on its way to recovery. My job is to see what I can do as a part of the Home Depot Corporation to help this country recover and continue on a path of growth and success.
