Across the board, job seekers believe that this will be a much better year for business. Although hopes are high coming into this year, these attitudes are built on a foundation of realism. Job seekers are seeing more companies starting to hire and are feeling more stability in the economy. Also, many job seekers say they are laying the groundwork today in order to reap the benefits later in the year. Many plans to spend more time working on sales and business development, and most are planning to use social media to their advantage.
