1. How do you set up the dish machine?
Set up the dish machine by making sure all the levels of detergent are high
enough, if not refill. Check that all components are correctly installed, that front
access doors are closed, and that breaker is on.
Next load the dishwasher with plates, bowls, sheet pans and trays facing front
and at an angle to allow drainage. Load silverware with the handle pointing

Push the rack into the entrance end of the dishwasher until rack conveyor drive

scrap screens. Leave doors open and allow scrap screens to air out overnight
before reassembling. Also remove and clean arm manifolds about once a week
