Claudia Aguilera Slater Homework 4/6/2011 1 “Rosen has shifted my vision without even touching my eyes. He is, at the very least, a challenger of paradigms; he calls on your conservatism, pushes hard.” Dr. Rosen comes out with new ideas, uses his imagination in almost every moment of his life. Looking at the author’s ears he comes up with new ideas. Everything for him has a side that it is beautiful and distinct. He opposes himself to not touch her ears, for him the way they are is just perfect. For him there is nothing wrong about her ears, even when for society they might be a little bit strange. The way he has set his mind, not changing anything that it does not need to be change, is what let him have a free in ima- gination and to look at beauty where others can not find it. 2 The author states that “With this wine, I will tweak not only my mind but all its neuronal projections as well. My reflexes will slow down and my inhibitions will lift, making it pos- sible for me to sound either very stupid or very smart. Is this wine an ethical problem?”
