They distribute (import/export) to restaurants/retailers and represent niche wine products from various countries that have lots of growth potential (300 different wine labels), including Hungary that will give the company one of its competitive advantages. They have licensing deals to import alcohol in 26 states. The firm understands that the wine business is a people’s business. 2. What is your assessment of the organization’s vision? The organization wants to grow to $50 million in revenue by 2010. They are focusing on the Hungarian winemaking industry which has a rich history of tradition and trying to transform it into quality wine that the new and old worlds of wine culture can enjoy.
