Chris Kalantzis 080841510 P RELIMINARY ANALYSIS Who: Andrew Ross along with the Migisi Tribal Council Inc. (non-profit organization) managers provide advisory and management services to its ten members First Nations. What: MTC needs to become customer driven and provide better services to First Nations and reposition their company externally and internally due to environmental changes. Why: 4 Chiefs plan on leaving the MTC. MTC has the option to convince them to stay on or look at other alternatives in order to survive as an organization. When: (decision due) ASAP, result of implementation due in 9 months where the 4 chiefs will make their final decision. How: (what will you concentrate on?) Internally – Improve horizontal linkages between first nations. Become more oriented towards management services because trying to do everything will lead the organization to do things wrong instead of focusing on one business facet for the Aboriginals.
