Double or triple the size of the company within 10 years while taking into consideration the culture of the org., the risk involved and the desires of the board of directors. Chocolate sales are down due to weak tourism and the U.S dollar being low. Why: When the old president retired, significant decisions were put off and now the new president has to look internally to improve efficiency and decide which options to take to grow the company and achieve growth.
