Major Facts
Jack Reynold is an egotistical and power hungry business man who convinces two of his
peers to buy a quaint little tea company with him from three sisters in 1992. The sister’s
company was named Global Tea and whose main suppliers were based out of China and
India and were used to providing products on an as needed basis. However, since Jack’s
focus is on Wholesales, this method of purchase did not meet the needs of the company. Jack
decided to outsource to different vendors such as Japan, Sri Lanka and Taiwan while still
maintaining a working relationship with the pervious venders.
When Jack took possession of the company the main consumers consisted of most
retailers such as restaurants and café. Jack had a different vison for the company and wanted
