Kaifei Yao why you have chosen Industrial & Systems Engineering, and what your ideal vision of your future career is. When I was a little kid, I had the opportunity to be exposed to the wide range  of engineering. My grandfather is a general in army and a very professional  engineer   and   graduated   from   Tsinghua   University   in   China   majoring   in  electrical   engineering.   He   designed   the   radar   systems   on   the   aerospace  tracking ship. I grew up under his care and my memory was full of electronic  instruments and equipments in his house which accompanied me in my entire  childhood. I am fascinated and believe that engineers are the creators of the  world and they make the theoretical idea become true, practical. My mom is a controller in a listed company. She taught me a lot of stuff about  finance, auditing and accounting. And My dream is to become a floor trader at
