Gasoline prices Gasoline Prices Impact on our Companies Future Robert Allen Pustejovskey BUS 308 Statistics for Managers Instructor: Laura Cella 15 August 2011 Gasoline Prices Impact on our Companies Future With the current gasoline prices what do we tend to pay for a gallon of gas for our trucks to deliver the merchandise to our stores for the customers to buy for the next 9 years and taking the annual price for gas from 1982 to the present we can come up with a future price going off the trend of the last 29 years.

Gasoline prices As you can see on the excel spread sheet that the average per year has gone up and down per year. What we have to decipher out of this is what was going on globally to raise and lower these prices in the past. From 1982 to 1986 the price of gas went down. Then 1987 to 1990 the price increased. Then form 1991 to 1995 they hovered around the same price but just a few cents difference. From 1996 to 2001 we see that the price of gasoline goes up then down and up
