We have prepared this handbook to answer some of the questions that you may have concerning STYLE TEXTILE and its policies. This employee handbook is intended to provide employees with a general understanding of Company personnel policies. The information in this handbook should be helpful in familiarizing employees with Company. This handbook, however, cannot anticipate every situation or answer every question about employment. It is not an employment contract or a legal document. In order to retain necessary flexibility in the administration of policies and procedures, Company reserves the right to change or revise policies, procedures and benefits described in this handbook, other than the employment-at-will provisions, whenever the company determines that such action is warranted. Either you or STYLE TEXTILE may terminate your employment at any time, for any reason, with or without cause or notice. It is STYLE TEXTILE policy to hire only Pakistani citizens who are authorized to work in this country. As required by law, employees will be required to provide original documents that establish this authorization within three days of their date of hire.
