Kevin Lin Food Log: Week 1 Wednesday September 28 th 1. Food 10:00 AM: I ate a roast beef sandwich which contained a handful of lettuce, 3 slices of tomatoes, 3 pickle slices, and a tablespoon of spicy mayo 1:00 PM: Had one cup of spinach, half a cup of tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs with a tablespoon of balsamic vinaigrette. Had a slice of pizza. 8:00 PM: Had a beef quesadilla, and a cup of rice. 2. Exercise Weight training for 30 minutes Ran 2 miles for 20 minutes 4. Personal Comments Felt tired, low on energy, craved more carbs. 5. Health Markers N/A Thursday September 29th 1. Food 8 AM: Had a granola bar 1 PM: Had a roll of shrimp sushi, one cup of spinach, half a cup of tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs with a tablespoon of honey mustard 6:30 PM: Had a grilled cheese sandwich, one cup of vanilla gelato 2. Exercise N/A 4. Personal Comments Tired, neutral mood 5. Health Markers N/A Friday September 30 th 7:00 AM: Had 3 cups of captain crunch cereal, about 2 cups of whole milk, 3 eggs, 2 strips of bacon. 16 oz. can of monster energy drink.
