Kevin Lin Food Log: Week 2 Wednesday October 5 th 1. Food 7:00 AM: Had 2 eggs, 3 strips of bacon, one cup of 2% milk, half a cup of potatoes. 1:00 PM: Had two cups of spinach, one tablespoon of ranch, two cherry tomatoes, one egg. Ate a handful of chicken strips. Ate a grilled cheese sandwich. 4:00 PM: Had a medium banana 6:30 PM: Had an apple, a pear, two chicken breasts, one cup of pasta with a tablespoon of pesto. 2. Exercise Sprinted for 7 minutes. 4. Personal Comments Started adapting to new diet, carb requirement (hunger cravings) is less. 5. Health Markers N/A Thursday October 6th 1. Food 9:00 AM: Had a bowl of captain crunch cereal with 1 cup 2% milk, 3 eggs, one apple, one cup of orange juice. 1 PM: Had one cup of pasta with one tablespoon of pesto, one cup of chicken strips, one banana. 6:30 PM: Had two cups of spinach with one tablespoon of ranch dressing, one cup of French fries, one cup of apple juice. 2.
