Case Number One: Innocent or Guilty? P. 110 Present a brief summary of the case: You are a manager in the data department. You hire a man named Fred Jones, who works for you for three years. In these three years, he is a model employee. He is quite and sticks to himself. He then is arrested for murdering his girlfriend. During this time, he petitions the company for unpaid leave of absents. His trail starts and he is found guilty of the charges. While incarcerated he gets a new trial and found not guilty of the charges, and wants to return to work. You tell the other employees of his return and they “demand that he be fired or moved to some other part of the company” . Now as a manager, you are faced with a difficult choice.
