Unformatted text preview: Robin, First - excellent post full of great contrast and comparisons. I always find your post interesting and complete and I want to say thanks for that. I would like to talk about how you brought up "Are they doing the best they can, are they posting complete answers and living up to the expectations of the class? Only they can determine that." since it is very relevant. I work a full time job - in fact I am working two job in one - at this moment. One is building a read ahead packet for the team that is replacing us. I am set to leave Germany soon and together with three others am setting up the team replacing us with a lessons learned from the deployment. Meanwhile I am also a Platoon Leader for 32 Soldiers - and am responsible for equipment accountability, and health / welfare of the Soldiers. Two very demanding jobs. That are getting the best of me. My response is not related to the jobs through, but a comparison to the posts I feel obligated to make.
