Unformatted text preview: In this topic, we will discuss a video titled, "General Environment Tutorial." This video can be found on the Lecture tab. The video will give you an overview of the forces that pressure organizations. Our mission is to understand those pressures from the perspective of organizational change. The answer to this question is not as simple as I would do this or I would do that. Instead the answer is complex and depends on what type of manager is analyzing the change. Since there are six types of managers director, navigator, caretaker, coach, interpreter and nurturer then there will be six different approaches towards identifying and acting upon the environmental pressures.
