Week three –discussion question one Managing organizational change After reviewing the case of corporate renewal: meeting one I decided that the Burke- Litwin model made the most sense to apply the accords with what I viewed in this case. According to the text the main contributors of the 12 factor model developed by Warren Burke and George Litwin is that it differentiates between those elements of the model that are seen as likely to be the source of major “transformation” will change and bills that are most likely to be the source of change that is experiences incremental ”transactional”.The Burke Litwin model also focuses on the transformational factors are external environment, mission and strategy, leadership, and organizational culture. The Burke Litwin model intentionally places these four transformation factors at the top of the diagram does, elevates the importance of these four factors. This model also places emphasis on the premises that planned changes should flow from the top of the diagram to the bottom or in simple terms flow from environment down to performance. The Burke Litwin model also places special emphasis on feedback which goes from top to bottom
