The notion of truly ‘ seeing , means noticing the world around you as it is, not as you ‘ think’ it is.

TWO WAYS OF SEEING: Mental and Visual The ‘blur’ of our general environment barely registers/ We ‘think’ our environment - form concepts about it. It cold, hot, mosquito-y, scary, soggy etc When we still our thinking minds, we register details we might otherwise miss. We truly ‘see with a clear perception. The world appears to u as it exists.
