What homeowner’s policy form is the policy (e.g. HO-1, HO-4)? Farm Bureau calls is Form A but it is similar to HO-2 3. What perils are covered for the building? Fire and lightning Sudden and Accidental damage from Smoke Windstorm, Hail, and Hurricane Explosion Aircraft and Vehicles Vandalism and Malicious Mischief Riot and Civil Commotion Theft 4. What perils are covered for the contents? Same as Building 5. What are your limits for the following parts: o Coverage A? Do you have actual cash value or replacement cost coverage?
