Social Influence Influence at work = influence in high school Dress differently, follow dress codes/uniforms Use ‘work jargon’ = slang of the day Behave accordingly, usually to older employees’ standards Don’t smoke at work, don’t swear, don’t drink, don’t yell…. .maybe even don’t have fun!
