MP11 RCL Circuits and resonance PHY 257 In this lab we will complete the following tasks: a. In an AC RC circuit we will measure the phase difference φ between the current I and the voltage V C across C b. In an AC RL circuit we will measure the phase difference φ between the current I and the voltage V L across L c. In an AC RCL circuit we determine the resonant frequency f R for which the current I is maximum. From f R we will determine the inductance L d. We will add a ferromagnetic core inside the inductor and repeat part c . We will determine the new inductance L ' and from that the permeability μ of the core (page 1)
