PROPOSAL Group involvement and qualifications What will you do personally, in addition to submitting the proposal to the target audience? How are you qualified and prepared to do  these things? (1-2 paragraphs) Since each member of this group has experienced the stress of being a new student at Whitworth, we are passionate and dedicated to carrying out our proposal. Therefore, we hope to create a program that will be sustainable through the years and continue to have strong support within the community. Each of us has been consistently invested in this program from the start because of our past experiences. We possess the expertise and knowledge that are important in the implementation of this program. We have conversed with professors, freshman, resident directors, admissions, service learning, and student life in order to gain their insight and perspective on the mentor program that we desire to enact.
