Your DISC Scores and Profile Your primary style is one of four styles measured by The AMA DISC Survey . Your results along all four styles are important for understanding how you approach your work and interact with others within your organization. Your DISC results are presented here in terms of percentile scores, beginning with the style most descriptive of you and ending with the least descriptive style. Your styles and percentiles are listed immediately below. DISC Styles Perce ntiles 1. Directing 77 2. Supportive 73 3. Influencing 44 4. Contemplative 40 Personal Style According to the AMA Disc Survey my strongest style is directing. This style reflects an orientation toward tasks and change. I also scored in the 73 percentile for supportive style. Basically I have a combination of styles with the scores being so close. Directing is the most descriptive style and my results indicate I have a strong tendency to be supportive. It is possible that in certain situations my behavior reflects the supportive style as much as the directing style. The directing style characterizes me in many ways.
