It works on low cost strategy with a mission of “Save Money, Live better’. Considering the positioning of the company, it can be said that Wal-Mart promotes competitors as with its low cost advantage, companies are coming up with the same concept to attract the consumers. Mercedes-Benz: Mercedes Benz is considered as the pioneer in the automobile industry. It focuses on technology breakthrough and customer service.
