John Matias LAWS_310 Week-2 This is a difficult situation noticing that I was in the U.S. NAVY for 8 years this has to be depending on the health state of the boy that was murdered, because if the boy was not going to survive anyhow then to me I think that Dudley and Stevens are not guilty of murdering the decease boy, neither should Brooks be charged with the crime for eating
