GOSPEL ANALYSIS: INSTRUCTIONS Recommended Steps to Take 1. Write your Gospel Analysis after you have finished the Daily Intelligencer. 2. Write a first draft a week ahead of time. Write more than the assigned word limit. Let the draft sit for a couple days. 3. Ask a friend or a colleague from your section to read it and give you feedback. 4. Rewrite your first draft using the feedback from your peer reviewer. Condense the best material in your draft down to the word limit. Does the paper have a clear thesis at the beginning? A clear conclusion at the end that matches the thesis? Logical steps that lead from the thesis to the conclusion? 5. Repeat steps 1-3 as often as you can before the due date. 6. Hand in your final draft using Blackboard Instructions for each Method When you are using the Narrative method, your analysis should focus on the story found in Mark 7:24-30.
