If there is a slow and un-enthusiastic reaction on conducting investigations employees will neglect reporting issues at all. The corporation must show a general concern for fixing the issue that is being reported. Fifth there must be a guarantee against retaliation. This is the most important part of the policy, knowing that you will not lose your job while reporting a serious issue within the corporation. While having a whistle blowing policy there may be false accusations but through good investigations the company will benefit knowing that any issue will be addressed and handled quickly....
