Communication Club Constitution Preamble The mission of the Communication Club is to promote and develop the communication program within the IUPUI school of Liberal Arts. Through partnerships with organizations within the Indiana University-Purdue University of Indianapolis campus, we intend to promote civic engagement, professional networking, and team building by hosting meetings, social networking events, and other speaking engagements. Article I The official name will be listed as, “The Communication Club.” For the purposes of marketing club events the name may be listed as, “Comm Club.” Article II The Communication Club requires that an active member attend one event a month and 1 guest speaker event a semester. *For University Purposes* The University requires that all active members be officially associated with the university. Article III 1. The terms of each office are for one year. The following are elected positions: 1. President 2. Vice-President 3. Treasurer 4. Secretary 5. Marketing 6. Research Coordinator 7. Freshmen Representative
